At Get Wet, your satisfaction is our priority. Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Eligibility

Several types of goods are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition — damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at support@getwet.com and ship the item to our returns address.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Get Wet does not guarantee receipt of your returned item without a valid tracking number.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original gift giver — who will be notified of the return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective materials.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable and Partial Refund Items

Exempt Goods

Certain categories of products are strictly exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized items
  • Specific health and personal care items
  • Items clearly marked as "Final Sale"

Partial Refunds

Under specific circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted (at our sole discretion):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to a Get Wet error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

4. The Refund Process

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will issue the refund directly to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.
